How do I join Qura?

What does the membership include?
A comprehensive blood test analyzing over 60 biomarkers at the start of each year gives you a complete picture of your health. Your results are reviewed by our team of expert doctors, who provide personalized guidance based on your data. You’ll receive a clear clinical summary and a follow-up consultation to discuss your results and define a tailored action plan. You can also access additional tests at transparent, affordable prices, customized to your needs.
How do you protect my data?
Your privacy is our utmost priority. All the personal and health data you share with Qura are processed in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and stored on secure and encrypted servers. Only the authorized medical team can access your information, solely to provide you with support and personalized analysis. At any time, you can view, download, or delete your data from your profile. Your health is a serious matter, and so is the security of your data.
Is a medical prescription needed?
No, it is not necessary. Traditional medicine mainly focuses on diagnosing manifest diseases, not on prevention or health optimization. As long as there are no evident symptoms or serious suspicions of pathology, the general practitioner will not prescribe this type of analysis, and consequently, health insurance will not cover it either. However, Qura allows you direct access to in-depth analyses, without having to wait until you feel unwell.
I have purchased the basic membership, how many times will the exams need to be repeated?
It largely depends on the clinical indications. In any case, tests should be repeated at least once a year. If some values turn out to be outside the norm, the doctor may request a follow-up in 3, 6, or 9 months, depending on the specific situation.
What is the duration of the membership?
The membership lasts for 12 months.
Will the protocol be changed over time?
Yes. The protocol can be updated and adjusted over time based on new reports, the trend of the values, and the doctor's instructions.
How many times can I contact the doctor?
You can contact the doctor anytime you want through chat. The doctor generally responds within 48 working hours.
Can Qura be extended to minors?
At the moment, Qura is not available for minors.
If I wanted to get a membership with another person, is there a discount?
To assess any available discounts, you can write to support@qura.co.
Who can I write to for information?
For any information, you can write to support@qura.co.
If I had my tests done at one of the affiliated centers, do I need to upload the results myself?
No, it is not necessary. The reports will be uploaded directly by us. The receipt time may vary, typically up to about 7 days.
If I were to take the exams independently with the plan without exams, how much would I spend?
The cost varies from lab to lab, but considering all the parameters included by Qura, the expense would be roughly between 500 and 600 euros.
Can I pay with insurance?
With Qura, you can request reimbursement for the tests, which represent about 70% of the membership value. At the moment, we do not have direct agreements with insurance companies, but many of our users receive reimbursements through their health insurance policies. The process varies greatly from one insurance company to another, so we recommend checking directly with your provider to see what is covered. If you have any questions, write to us at support@qura.co
